Quick peek at what’s in the episode:
Ah, entrepreneurship it seem like right now everyone is chasing that “holy” grail. No one likes to tell you, that with it, come new challenges that you don’t face in the 9-5. In a 9-5 your schedule is set by others. You adjust your life accordingly.
I’ve said it before, 2 weeks isn’t enough vacation time to live the lives we want. So we try and start our own businesses so that we can control our schedules. The thing is most of us struggle in creating our own schedules and placing time boundaries.
So today we discuss creating. Hard boundaries. Anchor activities. As well as how to plan on somethings just falling through the cracks.
Kelly shares about how once her business started picking up speed. She got so busy that she actually didn’t have time to see her spouse or family.
When you are in charge of your own schedule work and life can bleed together and then you aren’t focused on either. What can you do about setting boundaries. Here are some areas you will want to consider. Work, kid time, spouse time, meal times. Relaxing/ rejuvenating time.
