Making goals for next year perhaps feels a bit odd given the last year. We want to talk about it anyways. Even if its just looking at that first quarter of the year.

Goals can be small or they can be elephants! We talk about ways to break goals down into something you can check off that day.
Eisenhower method has to do with identifying your tasks into these four areas. You want to focus on completing tasks that fall into the 2 green areas as that is where you’ll see the most results and growth.
Kelly shares how having the planner has helped her make the most out of little pockets of time. She break down the process by going into detail for how this looked like when she needed to get a new roof on her house. Kelly noticed she needed to figure out how they would pay for it, then needed to get estimates. More smaller steps followed.
Accountability is a really helpful key component to achieving goal. Nicole share how she created accountability within her community by sharing her highs and her lows. When she posted she got the added benefit that , more people could reach out to her and provide here tools and feedback.
Melissa shares how you shouldn’t feel guilty if you have to drop goals. You have to take into account the new information. This year has been the poster child example for that. It’s ok to eliminate goals when life changes or to say “I’ll have to take care of that next year.”
“That’s not on my goals anymore , because now it’s a habit” Melissa talking about her practice on her finances, and how doing grateful things in the evenings is just part of the normal day to day.
