A mastermind is a group of people who are all striving to get to where you are going, or are already there. Where challenges are revealed openly, experiences are shared and feedback is given honestly.
For us that means we are women building business and living purposeful lives. With this lens we look to help each other conquer fears, brainstorm new possibilities and stay focused and accountable.

In the first Kelly is identifying areas where she is struggling. She needs some systems in place to hand off work. She is missing emails and phone calls because she is too busy. This problem in communication is resulting in her loosing income opportunities.
To help her out she want to hire help. Another clinician to do this she needs to have a process she can hand off.
Maybe you don’t own a business? These strategies can still be helpful in your home if you are trying to hand off chores to your kids.
Even as you remove things off your plate. There is teaching and learning time that needs to happen. Especially if you have a very specific way you want a task to be completed.
At minute 23 we start talking about minimalism and getting a house ready to sell.
